Shadaab focuses on litigation of criminal nature. He has conducted high profile litigations before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts of various States. He has also handled various cases in several other foras such as AAIFR, BIFR, DRT, CAT, SCDRC and NCDRC.

He regularly advices clients on matters pertaining to criminal proceedings arising from commercial transactions. He has considerable experience in handling commercial arbitration pertaining to various agreements, tender, etc.

Shadaab has been involved in regulatory and policy matters of the Firm and regularly liaises with government and regulatory authorities with respect to various licenses/approvals/permission.

He has been widely involved in litigation pertaining to all aspects of white-collar crimes, money laundering matters, corporate fraud, government investigation and compliance with the Prevention of Corruption Act and other domestic anti-corruption laws.

Shadaab also extensively advises on matters pertaining to banking & finance involving advisory related to corporate debt, syndicated loans, revolving credits, and guarantee facilities, restructuring of loans, and represented various financial institutions and borrowers before the Debt Recovery Tribunals/Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals, and the National Company Law Tribunal/ National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

He also handles real estate practice of the Firm and he has conducted due diligences as well as has advised asset reconstruction companies with respect to the sale of their industrial loan accounts.
